All devices sold by Source+ include a 1 year warranty. This warranty covers parts and labor for repairing or replacing your device due to hardware part failure. This warranty does not include coverage for accidental damage such as a liquid spill or screen crack. Repair options may be available for an additional fee for accidental damage issues.
We want you to be happy with the device you purchased. You can return your device (in the same condition it was purchased) for any reason within 60 days of purchase. Please include the power adapter or any other accessories with your return. There will be a refund reduction for missing accessories.
Devices must be unlocked prior to returning your device. We cannot accept a return for any device that has a password lock or is iCloud or MDM locked. Please visit our FAQs page for more info on how to unlock these devices prior to return. If a device is received as a return with any password or activation lock it will be returned to you without refund.
